We were really surprised when we were given a premier room upgrade during our recent stay at I Residence Hotel Silom. The room was clean, spacious, and newly renovated, with a big bed and a large fridge.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel - everything was great! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location was superb, right next to a Sky Train station and near a shopping belt. I also loved that there were nice cafes nearby where I could grab a delicious breakfast. this hotel provided excellent cleanliness, convenient transportation, and a great location near amenities.
No complaints. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.

The hotel is located in the heart of Bangkok, right next to the Embassy and conveniently connected to the BTS Chong Nonsi station, making it easy to access all the attractions and places of interest in the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with clean bathrooms and friendly staff providing excellent service. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices and the hotel also has a beautiful pool with a nice view.

The rooftop pool was amazing! We enjoyed the 2 hour all you can drink deal in the evenings and the service was great. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, being right beside a BTS station and close to lots of convenient stores and good restaurants.
The condition of our room. The shower setup caused the bathroom floor to be constantly wet, very frustrating.

The room, pool, and food all ticked our boxes as backpackers. The location was perfect, with a quick walk to the BTS. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning, and the excellent internet in our room.
Felt very relaxed, with nothing being too much trouble.

This hotel is in a great location, right next to the Skytrain station, making it super easy to get around here. The room amenities were great, with everything I needed provided, from an ironing board to an in-room safe. The staff was really helpful and changed my assigned room on request. The outdoor swimming pool was also really nice, with a sun terrace and other facilities. Furthermore, the buffet breakfast was also great with a nice variety of options.
Recommended for families.
